What Our Tournament Structure Offers You

Our tournament calendar runs weekly and monthly brackets across providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each round assigns point multipliers to featured titles — Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus, Evolution's Lightning Roulette, and Hacksaw's Wanted Dead or a Wild are regular bracket anchors. You earn points per qualifying round, and the leaderboard refreshes every few minutes so you always know

your standing before the bracket closes.

TOURNAMENT HELP PATHS

Get Answers During Any Active Bracket

Questions during a live bracket need fast answers. Our support paths are open around the clock so a mid-round query about point eligibility or bracket entry never costs you standing time.

Team online

Live Chat During Brackets

Our live chat channel is staffed throughout active tournament windows. If a qualifying round did not register your points correctly, open a chat and our team will check the bracket log while the round is still live.

Bracket Dispute Resolution

If your leaderboard position does not reflect a completed qualifying round, raise a dispute through your account panel. We review bracket logs within one hour and correct standing errors before the final leaderboard locks.

Schedule and Rules Queries

Each upcoming bracket has a dedicated rules page linked from the tournament calendar. If the entry conditions or point tables are unclear, our support team can walk you through the specific bracket structure via chat or email.

FAIR BRACKET STANDARDS

How We Keep Tournament Rounds Fair for You

Our tournament infrastructure is built on audited point-calculation logic and provider-certified game data feeds so every bracket result is traceable and verifiable. Here is how we maintain integrity across every round we...

Provider-Certified Game Data

Point tallies pull directly from certified game-event feeds supplied by Pragmatic Play and Evolution. No manual entry touches your score — every qualifying event is logged at the provider level before it reaches our leaderboard engine.

Transparent Point Tables

Every bracket publishes its point table before the round opens. You can see the exact multiplier assigned to each qualifying title and verify that your session points match the published formula at any time during the bracket.

Tamper-Evident Logs

Our bracket engine writes an immutable event log for every qualifying round. If a dispute arises, we can produce a complete audit trail from the game event through to the leaderboard update, timestamped to the millisecond.

Equal Entry Conditions

Every account in a supported region enters a bracket under identical conditions. No account receives adjusted point multipliers or hidden entry advantages — the published rules apply uniformly across the entire bracket pool.

Independent Audit Checks

Bracket calculation logic is reviewed by our internal compliance team on a rolling basis. Anomalies in point distributions trigger automatic flags that pause the affected bracket row until the discrepancy is resolved.

Bracket History Accessible

Your full tournament history — every bracket you entered, your final rank, and your point total — is stored in your account panel. You can cross-reference past results against published prize tables at any time.

Our Tournaments Versus the Alternatives

Not every platform structures its tournament calendar the same way. Here is how our bracket experience compares on the points that matter most when you are committing session...

Live Leaderboard Refresh

Our leaderboard updates every few minutes during an active bracket. Many platforms refresh only at the end of a session or hourly, meaning you are playing blind about your current standing for most of the round.

Named Title Brackets

We run brackets anchored to specific, named titles rather than vague category pools. You know which games qualify before you start, so your session planning is precise rather than guesswork.

JazzCash and Easypaisa Entry

Tournament prize payouts land directly to JazzCash or Easypaisa, the same rails you use for deposits. No currency conversion step, no third-party wallet — your reward moves to your preferred Pakistani payment method directly.

Concurrent Bracket Types

Slot and live casino brackets run simultaneously under separate leaderboards. You can participate in both during the same session without your slot-room points contaminating your live table standing or vice versa.

Full Bracket History

Every past bracket result stays visible on your account. Competing platforms often purge history after a cycle ends, making it impossible to track your performance trends or verify a disputed result from a prior week.

Dispute Window During Round

You can raise a point discrepancy while the bracket is still live. Waiting until after the bracket closes — the norm on other platforms — means corrections often cannot be applied retroactively to your final rank.

Pakistan-Local Prize Delivery

Prize settlement is handled in PKR with no intermediate conversion. Whether you choose SadaPay, Easypaisa, or Raast for withdrawal, the amount on your account reflects exactly what the leaderboard showed at bracket close.

Answers to Your Tournament Questions

Navigate to the Tournament section of your account, select an open bracket, and confirm entry. Qualifying rounds begin counting your points automatically once you open a listed title during the active bracket window.

Each bracket specifies its qualifying titles on the bracket detail page. Current brackets regularly include Gates of Olympus, Lightning Roulette, Baccarat Squeeze, and Wanted Dead or a Wild, though the list changes with each new bracket cycle.

The leaderboard refreshes every few minutes throughout the bracket window. You can reload the tournament page at any point to see your current rank and how many points separate you from the next position above.

Points are calculated from certified game-event data sent directly by the game provider. Each qualifying event — a completed spin round or a live table hand — is assigned the multiplier published in that bracket's point table before the round opened.

Open a live chat or raise a dispute through your account panel. Our team reviews the bracket event log within one hour and applies corrections before the leaderboard locks if the qualifying event is confirmed in the provider feed.

Prizes are settled in PKR to your account balance after the final leaderboard locks. You can withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or Raast using the same withdrawal flow you use for regular account funds.

Yes. Slot and live casino brackets run under separate leaderboards. Points you earn in a slot-room round do not affect your live table standing, and both brackets remain active simultaneously throughout their respective windows.
